When you unpin My AI, it does not get removed or deleted from Snapchat. Instead, it moves down in your chat list like a regular conversation, appearing only when you scroll down to find it.

To unpin AI on Snapchat,
1. Open the Snapchat application.
2. Go to the chat list by tapping on the Friends tab.
3. Long-press on My AI.
4. A new pop-up screen with various options appears.
5. Find and tap on Chat and Notification Settings.
6. Tap on Unpin Conversation.

Once you tap on it, My AI will be removed from the pinned section at the top of the screen.
