Super Simple Crispy Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower
If you’ve always wanted to eat more greens but don't know where to start, this is the perfect "clueless-proof" recipe for you. It’s so much better than plain steamed veggies—it's crunchy, savory, and actually tastes like a treat!
INGREDIENTS:
• Broccoli & Cauliflower: I used a mix of both for all those good vitamins!
• Olive Oil: Just enough to make them glisten and get crispy.
• Salt & Pepper: The basics to make the flavors pop.
• Seasoning: Dried paprika, garlic, parsley, ginger, turmeric
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Toss your veggies in a big bowl with your oil and spices. Give them a good mix so every piece is coated!
• Spread them out on a baking tray (I use parchment paper for easy cleanup!).
• Pop them in the oven at 250°C for 20-25 minutes until they are tender and the edges are a little bit crispy.
