Описание: Today we have an evidentiary hearing in a case with a pro se couple where Dad is trying to get full
custody of his children after he claims his ex refused to let him see them.


He says she cheated on him and left with the children to live with her unstable & violent new BF. He
claims she refused to allow him to see the children anymore, after an incident with the BF & their
son that involved Dad calling the police.


Mom claims that she’s let Dad see the children lots of times and he’s the one who wouldn’t bother to
show up. She says she only decided that “he didn’t need to see them” after he called the police and
CPS on her.
