Hello friends..... Todays recipe is TASTY & DELICIOUS, MALWAN STYLE VAL KE SABJI..... Please try our delicious recipe & comment down below.....
Ingredients:
150 grams Val needs to soak for 2 days and sprout for overnight & peel it.
2 onions finely chopped
1 finely chopped tomato
2 tbsp. Cooking oil
1/2 tsp. Haldi powder
1 & 1/2 tbsp. Malvani Masala (homemade with all spices)
1 tsp. Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp. Dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp. Jeera powder
1 tbsp. Roasted & grinded dry coconut
1 & 1/2 tsp. Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp. Jeera (cumin seeds)
10 - 12 curry leaves
1/4 tsp. Hing
1/4 tsp. Jaggery (gud)
Salt as per taste
Water as required
Preparation:
In a nonstick pan heat 2 tbsp. Cooking oil, as it heats add 1 tsp. Jeera, 10 - 12 curry leaves, 1/4 tsp. Hing, & add 2 onions finely chopped. Mix it add 1/4 tsp. Salt & saute the onions till they change the colour & add 1 & 1/2 tsp. Ginger garlic paste & saute until onions turn golden brown & add 1/2 tsp. Haldi powder, 1 & 1/2 tsp. Malvani Masala (homemade with all spices),1 tsp. Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp. Dhaniya powder, 1/4 tsp. Jeera powder & 1/4 tsp. Jaggery (gud), mix & saute for a minute & add 1 finely chopped tomato & saute until tomatoes are cooked & gets mixed well. Now add 150 grms. VAL (soaked 2 days, sprouted overnight & peeled) mix it gently & add 1/2 cup water, mix it & add little more water mix & sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves. Cover the lid & cook for 8 minutes (stir inbetween). Open the lid, stir gently & add 1 tbsp. Roasted & grinded dry coconut & salt as per taste, mix it well. Again cover & cook for 2 minutes more, and our VAL KE SABJI is ready, sprinkle coriander leaves & Serve.
Our VAL KE SABJI is very tasty & delicious & little spicy with homemade Malvani Masala.
