I bought these Scotch Pies in Farmfoods after Kate mentioned them and decided to review them ! So what were they like ?
On the first Taste I found them salty which is fine for me but the more I ate the More tasty it was - The Pastry was perfect and perfectly seasoned - The Beef was tender and had no gnarl which is always a bonus - the rest of the pie filling was fine but I could not differentiate what was what in there ! The gravy was flavourful -
would I but them again ? Yes I would and I can recommend them if you want to try something different - they are not the best pies in the world but they are not the worst either - I score them 7 out of 10
