Installed Borla S-Type Cat back exhaust system with supplied H-Pipe Resonator, dry high flow air filter. Took me about a thousand sound clips and many in person experiences listening to various exhaust systems to pick this one as the best for my application. It’s loud when I need it to be, yet quiet enough for cruising.
Has a really nice low speed burble and is about as close to sounding like a V8 without actually buying one. I’ve had it now for almost two years and day to day living with it has been wonderful. It’s not cheap, but it’s well worth it for what you are getting.
This is my 2015 DIY P-51D Mustang Tribute Edition. It’s taken 10 years to design, and purchase parts.
