INGREDIENTS:

200 g Spaghetti

Spaghetti Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, miced
60 g Red Onions, chopped
100 g Ground Pork
1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
1 1/2 cups Beef Stock
100 g (Red) Hotdogs, chopped
250 g Tomato Paste
400 g Banana Ketchup
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 Laurel Leaf

Cheese for Toppings (Queso de Bola or Edam preferrably)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Boil water and cook spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions.

2. In a large pan/sauce pan, cook onion until lightly transparent then add the garlic, ground pork, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper and hotdogs. Cook for 5 minutes and pour in beef stock.

3. Add in tomato paste, banana ketchup, brown sugar, 1/4 salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 laurel leaf. Simmer for 15- 20 minutes.

4. Top sauce over cooking spaghetti and add a generous amount of cheese.
