Описание: Brain Adaptive Feedback explores why the brain reacts to feedback as if it were a threat and how we can change that. Drawing on neuroscience and leadership research, this talk explains how feedback can trigger survival responses, why defensiveness is a natural reaction, and how psychological safety shapes learning and performance. Discover a practical, brain aligned approach to giving and receiving feedback that replaces fear with curiosity, encourages people to ask for feedback, and turns everyday conversations into powerful moments for growth. Dr. Alexandros Psychogios is a professor of Human Resources Management & Organisational Behaviour at Loughborough University, Loughborough Business School. With his wide range experience of participating in various consultancy and research projects, he has received awards such as the 2020 Benedictine University Award for Outstanding Research Work on Ethical Issues in Consulting for his research on Crisis Leadership. His expertise on topics such as brain- adaptive feedback framework gives him great insight into the ways in which we can practice building confidence in soliciting and receiving constructive feedback in our daily lives. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
