NARROWBOAT | Are we heading in the right direction??? BOAT LIFE decisions | Episode 22

Описание: In this episode onboard our LIVE ABOARD NARROWBOAT we set off down the river THAMES, our destination is LONDON. Jackie needs the binoculars to check our route then visits the pretty village of SONNING enjoying the relaxing side of BOAT LIFE.
We cruise passed the scene of a lightning strike and discuss who is responsible for cleaning up the aftermath. We confirmed with CRT that it was in fact a LIGHTNING STRIKE that had brought the tree down, just glad we weren't passing it at the time!!
We have another bad experience getting through one of the locks in Reading, it's just one of the perils of CRUISING on the CANALS in our TINY FLOATING HOME.
We gather some foraged fruit but have the debate, are they edible?? We find the RIVER THAMES so relaxing, very much enjoying this part of our OFF GRID LIFESTYLE.
