After a botched bank robbery leaves one member of the notorious Jarvis gang dead, the survivors abandon their getaway car and are gunned down in a relentless roadblock and car chase, but the mystery only deepens when the vehicle resurfaces at a traveling carnival sideshow. As rumors spread that the stolen cash is still hidden, an insurance investigator begins probing the circus underbelly, crossing paths with surviving accomplices and the late Jarvis’s cabaret-dancing girlfriend, while a trail of murders and brutal incidents—including a corpse discovered on a rollercoaster—marks his dangerous pursuit of the truth.
