Sometimes getting a bit further afield can be a challenge and this week I had a wedding to get to, so went back to my local #parkrun at Watermead Country Park in #leicestershire, which I covered in a video back in March (see link below). With legs still a bit heavy after doing #hyrox, I just wanted to #run hard, but didn't have any expectations of #running a course or lifetime #5k PB this week.
