This is a informal introduction and demonstration of how to make Nam Prik Ong or น้ำพริกอ่อง in Thai. Nam Prik Ong is a northern Thailand or Lanna spicy dipping sauce that is a favorite of mine my family staff and well every Thai person. A staple and comfort food on the Thai dining table made of minced pork tomato onion and of course lots of chopped chili. Each person and family has a different style and twist of making there Nam Prik Ong and thought you might like to see how I make mine.
