St. Louis Park Hardwood Floor Refinishing – Full Sand & Refinish of White Oak Floors

Описание: In this St. Louis Park project, we refinished worn white oak hardwood floors as the final step of a main-level remodel.

The floors were showing gray wear in high-traffic areas, which is a sign that the finish has worn through. At that stage, a buff and coat is no longer effective, so we completed a full sand and refinish to restore protection.

The homeowners chose to keep the natural look of the wood without adding stain. We finished the floors with Loba Duo 2K, a commercial-grade, water-based polyurethane selected for durability since they have a dog.

This project took four days to complete and brought new life and protection to the original white oak floors.
