Russia has continued to target Ukraine's critical infrastructure. In a show of support, France's Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu will be visiting Ukraine tomorrow. It's his first trip to the country since the start of Russia's invasion. FRANCE 24's reporter Andrew Hilliar tells us more about the blackouts and Lecornu's visit.
