Ok today I set up the brand new Landworks drum chipper to run on wood gas. Honestly it ran almost like it was running on gasoline. The stall out in this video I think even if it were running on gasoline it would have still stalled out. Ive have done this same thing before running on gasoline.
Now shoving longer thick feed stock that maybe an issue. If you bog down the chipper then it cant keep pulling on the gasifier. The gasifier cools and it can no longer produce as volitile gas and the vicouse cycle begins. So keep your feed stock short so you are feeding short burst and this chipper will run like a champ on wood gas.
