Texas Over the Top Smoked Chili Recipe:
-2 pound ground beef
-1 pound ground pork
-3 medium red onions - chopped
-1 head of garlic - chopped
-2, 28oz can crushed tomatoes with juice
-1 , 28oz Italian Style diced tomatoes with juice
-1 7oz can Chipotles in Adobo Sauce, chopped. Preserve the liquid
1 beer
4 tbsp meat church chili seasoning or Sweet Red Dirt Rub
1 can bush maple beans

Garnish
Shredded Cheese & cilantro
White chopped onions
