5 boneless skinless chicken thighs (flattened with tenderizer)
Ken's caesar dressing (approximately 1/2 cup)
Romaine lettuce - chopped (half a head of lettuce)
Italian seasoned croutons (approximately 1 cup)
Fresh grated parmesan cheese
Usual suspects (to season the chicken - see recipe below!)
2 Mission brand spinach tortilla wraps

Usual Suspects Seasoning: *This is for our shaker - makes approx. 4oz.

1tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp Adobo
1 tbsp accent.
