Shepherd market is a hidden gem in London’s Mayfair. Once renowned as an upmarket red light district. Today it has a village feel and is often called Mayfair village. It was the original site of the May Fair that gave its name to the whole area. It has a great choice of Shops, art galleries, Pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. It doesn't appear very prominently in guide books or even on maps. We take a look around, check out the shops including the bank robber gallery, 5 Hertford Street and LouLou's Private members club. We review a wine bar called The Shepherd Market Wine House.
