We are back with a New recipe of Gulab Jamun. Gulab Jamun also known as Lal Mohan is one of the most served dessert in Nepal during marriages, festivals and parties. Gulab Jamun is traditionally made from khowa that is the milk solid. It takes a hours to make khowa, therefor a lot of people choose to make gulab jamun using milk powder. It is easy to control, and if you are a beginner, it is the best way. I have used the milk powder, along with cardamom, rose water and wheat flour in this recipe. Gulab jamuns are fried in cooking oil or ghee and dipped in the sugar syrup.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients: 26 Gulab Jamun
Whole milk powder: 250 gm
Ghee 40 gm or 3 tbsp
Milk 120 ml
Wheat flour 4 tbsp
Rose water 2 tbsp
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Sugar 600 gm
Water 400 ml
Saffron: few strands
