SALALAH, OMAN - Welcome to Salalah, a nature paradise in southern Oman! Normally during the monsoon season, Salalah is extremely famous for its lush green grass, waterfalls, and crystal clear water. In the season I went it was still tropical and greener than most of Oman - but we came for the food.

And in this video we’re starting with fruit breakfast at the Salalah fruit market. Then Ali is taking us to one of his favorite local camel restaurants. Camel meat is the favorite meat in Salalah, and they are very particular how it’s made and the quality of camel, so we’ll get a full briefing about camel and taste many varieties. Omani food is amazing.
