Описание: The concluding part in this series “Bad habit of good companies” begins with a discussion of the seventh bad habit of good companies, Territorial Impulse. Territorial impulse is the habit of having identity and affinity to the function than to the company vision and values. Territorial impulse results in internal turf wars. The lecture features an in-depth discussion into how companies acquire territorial impulse habit and its warning signs. Through real world examples Dr.Sheth illustrates the negative impact of the territorial impulse habit on companies and how companies can overcome it.
