Hi there! In this video, I’ll walk you through pairing and unpairing your Tweetycam camera with the monitor. It’s super easy, so let’s get started!

2.55 – Troubleshooting
Pairing your camera:
1. Press the Menu button to open the menu.
2. Navigate down to the camera icon and press OK.
3. Select the Camera + option (it’ll be highlighted in green). You’ll see a list of up to 4 camera slots. If a camera is already paired, it’ll have a little star next to it.
4. Navigate to the right or press OK, then select the camera slot you’d like to pair and press OK again. You’ll see an animation on the screen asking you to press and hold the pairing button on the back of your camera. Your monitor will flash a green light in the top-right corner.
Hold it down for about 5 seconds or until you see a confirmation that the camera is paired. Your camera will flash a red light on the front.
Once paired, a star will appear next to the camera slot you just paired.
To unpair your camera:
1. Go back to the camera icon in the menu and press OK.
2. Select the Camera - option (again, highlighted in green), and you’ll see the list of 4 cameras.
3. Navigate to the right or press OK, then choose the camera you want to unpair. Press OK to confirm.
4. The back arrow will appear highlighted in green. Navigate up to highlight the OK button in green and press OK again to complete the unpairing.
Once unpaired, you’ll notice the star next to that camera slot disappears.
Here are a few handy tips:
• If you unplug your camera, don’t worry—it’ll stay paired! Just plug it back in to reconnect.
• You don’t need to unpair a camera to pair it with a new monitor. Simply use the new monitor and go through the pairing steps.
• On the top-right of your monitor screen, you’ll see a little camera icon showing which camera is currently active.
• If you’re using Split Screen mode, the cameras are shown in this order: Camera 1 and Camera 2, then Camera 3 and Camera 4. This might help when deciding how to organize your cameras.
• Keep in mind: one camera can’t be connected to two monitors at the same time.
• If you have received a replacement monitor, ensure that no star appears next to any camera. If a camera is paired (indicated by a star), unpair it before attempting to pair the new monitor with your existing cameras.
Troubleshooting:
If you’re having connection issues, try this:
• Reset your monitor.
• Unplug the camera from power for 5 minutes.
• Reconnect and go through the pairing process again.
