7 weird cleaning hacks tested: crayon on the wall, bath toys, stains + more | Easy(ish) S01E03

Описание: Today’s Parent editors Mandy and Alyssa test some of the weirdest cleaning hacks to see if they actually work. Will mayo take crayon off your wall? Should you clean your toilet with cola? These weird cleaning hacks are put to the test, so you will know what works and what doesn’t. Spoiler alert: some of these are mega fails but some will surprise you at how well they work.

Here are the 7 cleaning hacks we are testing:
0:23 – We test fuzzy socks against Mandy’s dirty floors
2:01 – We test mayo’s ability to get crayon marks off the walls, and Alyssa almost barfs
4:09 – Cola takes on Mandy’s toilet, although Alyssa tries to add rum first
6:35 – Is it a good idea to use a vacuum to pick up little toys? Someone gets angry.
8:53 – Will egg yolk take out coffee stains? And can you keep it in your purse?
11:12 – We test the blow dryer ring remover hack. Will we save Mandy’s beautiful credenza?
12:33 ­– Can denture tabs clean those disgusting bath toys? And what else does Mandy store in her shirt?
14:35 – Our favourite part: the blooper reel!

¼ cup baking soda
1 cup vinegar
3 drops tea tree oil
Let it fizz for 5-10 minutes, give it a brush, then flush! (we like how that rhymes)
