Update - after 8 months of using M1: we never had any problems with it, it works perfectly from day 1 till now. Mia and Jerrie use it daily. We have 3 litter boxes - Neakasa M1, a closed big-size litter box and an open medium-size litter box. Mia loves Neakasa very much, it's her favourite litter box, she uses it 90% of the time. Jerrie uses all 3 litter boxes every day hahaha
