Studied for the galenic laboratory of the Pharmacy, the MC 100 system is made up of an orientator and of a capsule filling machine mounted on the same conveniently sized base that can fit on any work table.
The capsule fitting machine is equipped with a vibrating plate and clamps to facilitate processing the powders and the full range of accessories allows to process of capsule sizes, both traditional
and DB Caps.
The orientator does not require any maintenance operations and cleaning the parts of the filling machine that come in contact with the powders is extremely easy.
The MC-50 is also available upon request, with the same structure and the same characteristics
as the MC-100, but intended for the small productivity of 50 capsules.

Studiata per il laboratorio galenico della Farmacia, il sistema MC 100 si compone di un orientatore e di una opercolatrice montati su di uno stesso basamento che, grazie alle dimensioni ridotte, trova facilmente posto sul banco delle preparazioni.
La macchina opercolatrice è dotata di piastra vibrante e pressori per la facile lavorabilità delle polveri mentre la gamma completa di accessori consente di lavorare tutti i formati di capsule, sia tradizionali che DB Caps.
Nessuna operazione di manutenzione è richiesta sull'orientatore, mentre la pulizia delle parti a contatto delle polveri sulla opercolatrice è estremamente semplice.
A richiesta è disponibile anche la MC 50, una versione che mantiene la stessa struttura e le stesse caratteristiche di funzionamento anche se per una minore produttività data dai soli 50 fori.
