Gender Reveal With Harry Potter Potions

A couple have gone viral after opting for a Harry-potter potion-themed gender reveal. While most couples opt for a traditional balloon-popping or confetti-style spectacle, the soon-to-be parents used wizardry and ‘potions’ to reveal the gender of their soon-to-be new addition. Emma Peacock, 42, from Gloucester, UK attended her cousin Jessica’s baby shower in July 2022. Jessica, along with her husband Adam turned numerous ingredients into a makeshift blue ‘potion’, releasing a billowing amount of smoke. The blue potion signified the happy couple are expecting a baby boy in early 2023. Emma said: “My cousin and her husband were having a Harry Potter themed gender reveal. To create the potion reveal, they used dry ice and blue colouring to announce it.”
