For Dough:
Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
Water – as needed
Salt – ½ tsp
Aachar ka tel – 1 tbsp (optional, for soft dough)
For Filling:
Besan – 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Green chilies – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
Garlic – 4 cloves (crushed)
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Carom seeds (Ajwain) – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Asafoetida (Hing) – a pinch
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste

Mustard oil – for roasting
