মূলত আমাদের মাঝে অনেকেই Basic Computer এ অনেক দক্ষ। কিন্তু তাদের কম্পিউটারের কোন সরকারী সার্টিফিকেট নেই। তাদের দক্ষতা যাচাই পূর্বক সার্টিফিকেট দেয়ার কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়ের তত্বাবধানে জাতীয় দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ বা National Skills Development Authority (NSDA).

RPL allows people to demonstrate that they are capable of undertaking specific tasks or working in certain industries based on evidence of skills and knowledge gained throughout their life. RPL is known as a criterion-referenced assessment and this criterion is outcomes- based.

National Skills Development Authority is a Bangladesh government agency under the Prime Minister's Office responsible for developing policies to build a skilled labor force. The authority must approve and evaluate all skill development projects of the government.
