Today we tackle 2 of the most famous cocktails in the world and the most famous cocktails out of New Orleans, the Sazerac and the Ramos Gin Fizz. These are perfect drinks to celebrate Mardi Gras and just great general classics to know. For the Sazerac, I used First Call Rye whiskey, Peychaud's bitters, and St. George Absinthe Verte. For the Ramos Gin fizz, I used 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 lime juice and for this drink used Ford's gin, which is a great London Dry gin for cocktails. Enjoy these Mardi Gras cocktails anytime!
