What happens when a medical doctor has not one, but five near-death experiences? In this interview, Dr. Yvonne Kason shares her extraordinary journey from skeptical physician to leading researcher in spiritually transformative experiences.

Her first NDE happened at age 11, but it was the 1979 plane crash that changed everything. As a young doctor accompanying a patient on a medevac flight, the plane went down in a frozen lake. While hypothermic and near death, she had a profound out-of-body experience that she couldn't explain with her medical training. She watched the rescue unfold from above and later confirmed details she couldn't have known.

But that was just the beginning. A Kundalini awakening during medical school, mystical experiences triggered by a near-miss plane incident, and a devastating brain injury in 2003 all contributed to her understanding of consciousness beyond the body. After each experience, she developed new abilities—heightened intuition, what she calls a "Truth-O-Meter," and eventually memories of past lives that arrived all at once like pieces of a mosaic clicking into place.
