Here are our first thoughts on the Winter Forecast 2019 - 2020. For this winter prediction, we discuss the overall jet stream pattern, why the West looks to see mild weather, and where the cold and snow will be most favored during the winter. We'll also discuss the wild swings possible in the Northeast and how the NAO will affect snow and nor'easters for the East Coast. This winter outlook is certainly interesting for 2019 - 20 with El Nino's expected neutral state.
