some of the projects which had been completed under the smart city projects of thiruvananthapuram city corporation were inaugurated. among the inaugurated projects were the renovated temple ponds at sreekanteswaram shiva temple and sree bala subramanya swamy temple at puthenchantha. mandapam, landscaping,LEDlights and bollards were added as part of the project. touch screen enabled information kiosks, which provide information about key places of interest for were installed at the corporation office,gandhi park, napier museum, planetarium and thampanoor bus terminal.
