Before I ever had a chance to email them about my concerns with the new MD-11 Throttle Pack I got for the Honeycomb Bravo, ProDeskSim reached out to me via email, said they saw my review, and sent me a replacement kit free of charge, overnighted with no strings attached.
ProDeskSim's customer service is excellent and I am very pleased to do business with them. They clearly care about their customers and are making a real effort to take care of me and my concerns. However, the core issue I have the reverse levers remains even after their improvements, and I've taken it apart to show you what's actually going on.
I don't want to dissuade anyone from doing business with this company. They are responsive and proactive about issues with their products. I hope I can work with them to see if a better solution can be found for these reverse levers. It's the difference between this product being a 7/10 and a 10/10. We can do this!
