HOW to FIX iphone iTunes Error 48 ? : A Simple reset to new - kills iPhone 4s

After the error 47 , we are today blessed by Apple with the error 48.
BAD NEWS .
We talk and investigate this problem , and there is no software fix available - it seems to be hardware related just like error 47.
This happened after my friend , resets his iPhone to new , wiping all settings and user files - so he could sell it to his neighbour.
After that the phone hung to iTunes.
After trying to restore they brought the phone to me .
I setter the phone into DFU mode not knowing about the error 48 yet , but I saw a sympton after I kicked it with RECBOOT out of recovery , when it booted up to then shut off..
I was already scared it would be a hardware related problem , also because the phone had made a serious crash , even do it worked
fine before the reset.
Ok So we put it into DFU mode , iTunes checked , and started the restore ..up to 95-99% and then BOEM ERROR48 -
Kicked it out restore ..restarted into a shut off..Phone is LOST !
So maybe some guys should look into the rom and set some
software not to check the hardware so good and just skip
not so good working chips , because I feel that more and more people will lose their good working iPhones out there , just because the restored or updated.
