Tonight, I'm giving Tom a cozy, at-home, immune boosting TCM treatment with a little bit of auricular ear seeding, a little bit of acupuncture, and a little bit of moxibustion 😇

Please wind down and relax with us as we help boost Tom's immune system (wei qi) for the winter season with this treatment. This is exactly what I do for Tom each year as the colder weather creeps in. Please let me know if you have any curious questions about anything shown in this video!

*About Moxibustion*:
Moxibustion is an ancient Chinese therapy that involves the burning of an herb called "Mugwort" or "Artemesia Vulgaris" - we hold that burning herb over acupuncture points to stimulate their actions, rather than using needles. It is contraindicated in certain conditions (hot conditions, constipation, pregnancy, severe asthma where smoke is not tolerated), so please don't perform this at home unless you are under the guidance or supervision of a trained professional.
