About This Walk
This Corfu walking tour takes you through the heart of Kerkyra, a UNESCO-listed old town full of charm and history. Corfu is unlike many other Greek islands: it’s not just about beaches. Its beauty lies in its mix of Venetian, French, and British architecture, its beautiful beaches, the warmth of its people, and a laid-back, slightly weathered atmosphere that somehow makes it even more aesthetic.

As we wander the narrow streets and lively squares, you’ll see why this Greek island feels so special. From pastel facades to hidden courtyards, there’s a timeless character here that has been shaped over centuries. And here’s a fun fact: Corfu is the birthplace of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

Our walk includes some of the old town’s most famous sights: the Old Fortress, Spianada Square, Liston Avenue, Saint Spyridon Church, the Church of Saint George, the Palace of St. Michael and St. George, Campiello district, and the charming seaside promenade.
