After a long era on the pandemic, the 28R has finally returned with a slightly modified route going to Daly City BART instead. With this route in place now, crowding was addressed and we now have the 28 and 28R.
Now that we have the 28R running on weekdays only at 12 minutes, we had to sacrifice the 28 for a 12 minute headway, therefore leading into a 6 minute alternation between 28 and 28R. Suck for weekends though.
