This incredible trail is the embodiment of Hawaii's natural beauty, and in this vlog, we're thrilled to share with you more of what this island has to offer. Lanikai Pillbox Hike:

❗️IMPORTANT:
There is no designated parking area for this hike! If you are lucky you can find parking along Kaelepulu Drive however, this parking is in a residential neighbourhood, so please be respectful of the locals and do not block driveways or park in front of fire hydrants! If parking is full, you can park at Kailua Beach which is about a 20 minute walk away from the start of the hike.

🗺️ DIRECTIONS:

Take H-1W to HI-61 to Kailua Road in Kailua
Continue on Kailua Road
Drive to Kaelepulu Drive

OR

Start at Kailua Beach
Turn left on Alala
Follow road into Lanikai, where it turns into A’alapapa Drive via Mokulua Drive
The second right is Ka’elepulu Drive
