This is practical, supervised learning. Our learners work through real clinical skills in small groups, guided by an experienced nurse trainer, so they build confidence before they use these skills in a care setting.

The CHAP programme runs at Welfare Academy, our NCFE Approved Centre in Luton. It is built for people who want to step up into a more clinical role in care, taking on responsibilities like medicine administration and basic clinical tasks under the right supervision.
