A scripted video clip from the Lumiere brothers from 1907. In an adaptation of Humpty Dumpty, a seemingly drunk pedestrian gets run over by a car, but successfully put back together again by some bystanders.
This video clip is a stabilized and colorized version of the film, It was colorized using the DeOldify machine learning algorithm, scaled up with Topaz video AI and increased in fps from 18 to 60 using DAIN (running on the Google Colab cloud environment) with a subsequent 50% reduction in playback speed for an effective fps of 30.
