Meet the Balise Lexus Business Manager

Описание: If you’ve purchased a car from Balise Lexus within the last year, you’ve definitely met Business Manager, Billy Gryszkiewicz. And if you’ve met Billy, I’m sure you can attest to the fact that he has a personality like no other.

Lucky for me, Billy was one of the first people I met when I started working at Balise—being that I work with his lovely wife in the marketing department at Balise Motor Sales. From our first meeting, Billy’s sense of humor and quick wit made it obvious that he was one of a kind. However, I didn’t realize just how true that statement was until I got to know him a little better.

There are so many things about Billy that make him such a rare breed—unlike any other. For one, he has the ability to recite lines and full scenes from the popular 90’s sitcom, Seinfeld off the top of his head. Although this talent may be impressive to some, I can assure you, his wife doesn’t feel the same way…

Besides his comedic talents, Billy has a degree in Psychology and has had the opportunity to gain experience in a whole slew of professions—from mail carrier, to construction, to law enforcement—all of which have truly rounded out his character and made him into the man he is today.

It was his personality and genuine nature that landed him the job at Balise Lexus after a chance meeting with Mike Balise in 2014.

On a Balise and Rock 102 sponsored trip to New Orleans, Billy and Mike became quick friends, bonding over their extensive knowledge of Seinfeld and similar life experiences. After a few days of fun on Bourbon St., Mike offered the job to Billy and the rest, my friends, is history.

“I think it’s his truly good nature that just jumps right off the page at you,” says Mike about the qualities that made Billy such a perfect fit for Balise. “From the first moment you meet the guy you instantly can see what a great guy he is.”

Anyone who has met Billy knows how much he loves Balise Lexus—from his dedicated team, his fellow managers, and the product they sell. His love for the Lexus RC F Sport has grown to the point where general manager, Tim Cardillo, needs to keep the showroom vehicle under lock and key so that Billy doesn’t take it for a spin.

Billy’s unique features, incredible personality and passion for his work are all the things Mike Balise first noticed in him that made him perfect for the job—and they are all the things that make Billy the first one Balise Lexus guests look for when they walk through the showroom doors (myself included!)
