All of the tools in the shop are there to be used and a workbench is no different. I love seeing videos where people have built a workbench from laminated 2x4s or strips of maple, but do you really need to go to all of that work to get something that is going to work for you? I genuinely don't think so, please watch the video and I would love to hear your thoughts below.
