The Security Lock system is a uniquely designed lingual set screw system that can now be processed independently from the dental alloy; thus eliminating all variables involved in the burn-out, casting and devesting stages. Large, implant supported bridges for example, can now be fabricated and porcelainized without worrying about thread integrity or over-oxidation of pre-fabricated metal components. The Thread Sleeve and Locking Screw can be bonded into the bridge after all oven firing is done using the DTK Adhesive from Bredent.
