This is my experience after having three babies and I really hope that some of what I say is helpful to you, especially as you focus on postpartum recovery tips.
If you're a first-time mom, don't let the information scare you. Knowledge is power and just because things happened to one person, doesn't mean they'll happen to you. However, it's good to know that they COULD happen so you're not totally taken off guard.
