We enjoy the sunshine and warm days of summer. As come to the nights, it can be a problem for most people to sleep as it can be too hot. I decided to make this video. I hope you can benefit from it. Please leave comments in and let me know your experiences on how to sleep cool.

No. 1 - Drink Plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Water is the best cooling agent. Lots of sweat can lead to dehydrating and can be very dangerous. Drink as much water as you can before you go to bed. Spray water mist in your bedroom can cool hot air down.

No. 4 - Leave your bedroom windows & doors open to let air circulate. Spray water mist in your bedroom or on your hair, face before you go to bed.

No. 5 - Try to stay downstairs as much as possible. Hot air goes up so upstairs bedrooms are hotter than downstairs.
