LOVELAND, Ohio (WKRC) - A new athletic training center offers families basic boot camp.
D1 Cincy North in Loveland just opened a new training facility on Fields Ertel Road. The facility has a 12-minute workout that is done several times in an hour.
"Pretty much, we are trying to get them to go as fast as they can, through as many rounds as possible," Nick Casablanca, speed and strength coach, said.
D1 was designed to train individuals, groups, teams and kids with what you might say is division one training. D1's goal is to help the community.
Now the facility has a special fitness and freedom free workout and cookout on July 4.
Boot camp memberships start as low as $79.
D1 Cincy plans to expand from Loveland to other locations in the Tri-State.
