1. Runes are used for Level 1 Enchantment and add one power level to a base strength.
2. Souls are used for Level 2 Enchantment and add two power levels to a base strength.
3. Relics are used for Level 3 Enchantment and add three power levels to base strength.

Enchantment materials are typically gained from dungeons, and are good for increasing your weapon strength (or just for upgrading weapons to increase their resale value.)
