How to get rid of anger instantly? The moment you realise that you are getting triggered and you wanted to prevent the anger or you don't want to cut the sorry face in front of others, the moment you realise, take a deep breath, exhale and inhale slowly for a few breaths and you will be able to observe that you can actually postpone the tantrums or the triggers of the anger at that one shot. Is it possible to do it? Yes, it is possible, and yet it might be a challenge as a difficulty to implement it at one shot. So, it needs practice, and it needs mindfulness as awareness that, at that moment, I need to think about and take the action of deep breathing. So this deep breathing can bring an instantaneous push in not throwing up the anger instantly. The second can be that you can inform the person with whom you have encountered the anger, tell them, inform them that you wanted to be away for some time, you will go out and come and talk and discuss it and try to resolve it. If you just walk out without telling them, that would cause an extended anger in the other person. Am I knowing that I'm entering into a trigger mode, and I know the cause of it, and I know how to handle and address it appropriately.
