Recorded as part of the MND Scotland Lived Experience and Researcher Network (LEARN). The speaker is Dr Hannah Smith, a current MND Scotland Scientific Advisory Panel member and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh. Dr Smith discusses her work using a mouse model to look at changes to the proteins present in MND affected motor neurons, which may help identify potential therapeutic targets. This presentation was originally given at the LEARN Edinburgh event on 26 September 2024 and the LEARN Glasgow event on 03 October 2024.
