This quick 13-minute cardio workout is designed to increase calorie burn and activate your core, helping to slim and define the waist as part of a complete fitness routine.

• 40 seconds of work
• 20 seconds of rest between exercises
• 30 seconds of rest between rounds

This workout was done without warm-up or stretching and is recommended for those already following the challenge. Feel free to add a light warm-up if needed.
